How to make it:
Set one teaspoon of the gelatin aside for the topping and sprinkle the rest over the cold water in a pan. Let it stand for a minute, then cook it over a low heat, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Take the mixture off the heat and stir in the orange juice and two cups of the cranberry juice.
Arrange the bananas and pineapple in an eight inch square dish coated with cooking spray, and then pour the juice mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until the jello is set.
Sprinkle the reserved gelatin over the remaining cranberry juice in a pan and let it stand for a minute. Stir in the sugar and cook the mixture over a low heat until the powder dissolves. Stir in the yogurt and spread this mixture over the set jello. Cover and refrigerate for three hours, then serve.
